There’s nothing I love better than decorating for Christmas. Coming home to a beautiful tree with gorgeous presents lying underneath puts my heart at peace. Buying presents for loved ones and getting Christmas cards in the mail fills up my soul with happiness. I’m sad that soon this most wonderful time of the year will be over and decorations will be put away for another 11 months. I’m trying to soak it all up now and live in the moment.
How have you decorated for Christmas this year? Do you go all out or keep things simple?
And don’t forget to enter my giveaway! There are multiple ways to win some sweet after-Christmas gifts!

Oh fun! You have lots of gifts under your tree! I didn't have many to buy this year so my tree looks a little sad!

I decorate for Christmas but keep it pretty simple. I have a tree and I decorate the mantel of my fireplace but that's about it…

WOW that's festive!! I love Christmas decorating! We have our little tree on his table (because he's only 4 ft lol), some garlands and lights around the banister, and cards strung up around the living room. I love your window decorations!

Squeee, I see my card up on your door! 🙂 One thing my family does is never put presents out until Xmas eve. When we were kids, they didn't put them out until we were sleeping. It's kind of fun that way to go from seeing nothing under the tree to WHOA there's a lot in the morning.

We're pretty simple this year although my folks did bring some decorations for us to use. Each year we slowly get more and more so it's just a matter of what we buy for our home. By the time we have kids I want enough decor to really deck the house out. That's how it should be!

I want to decorate for Christmas next year. However I have to start completely from scratch so we'll see.

Yay – I see the card I sent! Too fabulous!!

I keep my Christmas decorations to a minimum. I really wanted to put lights up but it was really cold and then it snowed! Oh well, there's always next year I guess.

That's why I love Christmas so much. It's a step out of the everyday – there are decorations, trees, lights, music. Christmas just seems to create an excitement in people that seems lulled throughout the rest of the year.

Your apartment looks awesome with all it's Christmas attire! We have a tree up (that is on it's last leg; like none of the lights work anymore) and I've decorated the kitchen table a little. We didn't really go all out this year.

PS I love seeing my Christmas card in photos! 🙂

Great pictures! I love all the decorations 🙂 I didn't do any decorating this year for my apartment, Ive been so busy it's sad but when I come to my family's home, everything is decorated to the extreme, a giant tree and pine branches on top of all the cupboards and cabinets. Beautiful! Someday I cannot wait to have time, and money to really go all out for the season 🙂 Merry Christmas!

Your tree is so beautiful! Is it still up?

And I love how you put up your cards! I am going to do that next year.

We put up a lot when we host at our house. But when we don't host, we don't put up much. We didn't host this year or put up anything!
