Every year, I like to spend the week leading up to Christmas in full-time holiday mode on my blog. I originally began this because of Nora back in 2010 and this will be my third year doing this! I’m excited for all the posts I have planned for this upcoming week but I am the most excited about today’s post because after weeks and weeks of preparation, it’s finally here: my holiday giveaway!
Over the past few weeks, I have spent my time mulling over ideas for what to put in this giveaway. After an entire year of listening to me jabber on and on about anything and everything, I wanted to do something special for those of you who are still here and supporting me. This blog is easily one of my favorite hobbies and I enjoy the relationships that have formed because of it. Because of the support and advice I have gotten, I have found new interests, new ideas, and have pushed myself out of my comfort zone more and more.
This giveaway isn’t sponsored by any company. I spent my own time and money to put this together and I don’t say that to toot my own horn, but to say that these are things I would want in a giveaway myself and every single item was lovingly selected with YOU in mind.
So what will you win? Oh, just a few fab things…
- A beautiful black-and-silver scarf
- A gorgeous Eisley necklace, from Your Wishcake’s Etsy shop*
- Aloe-infused socks to warm you up and make your feet feel amazing
- Lavender vanilla hand cream
- Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Peppermint Bark
- Hot chocolate packets
- A journal, to jot down those blog ideas or lists at the last minute
Sounds like something you want to win? I hope so! The way to enter is easy: just leave a comment on this post with your one holiday confession. Make it good! I will choose a winner by random drawing and announce it on Christmas Eve.
This giveaway will remain open until Sunday, December 23rd at 11:59pm EST. Winner will be announced on Monday, December 24th.
*Eisley necklace provided by Kerri of Your Wishcake for the purposes of this giveaway. She is a true gem.

Oh wow, what an awesome giveaway! I love all of the items you selected. I have not done a giveaway for YEARS so I really need to do that one of these days. 🙂
My holiday confessions: I don’t like egg nog, I am very particular about Christmas tree decorations (to each their own, I don’t judge others’ trees, I am just very particular about how mine has to look), and lastly, I wish that I could still wear a fancy Christmas dress like little girls do (but I am a bit old for that at age 31. Ha).
Becky
Um, I NEED to win this giveaway. Do you hear me random gods that will help Stephany draw my name? I NEED it.
My holiday confession: I have been known to watch holiday movies every day for the weeks leading up to and after Christmas. This year I bought a few more (Home Alone, White Christmas), but there were a few years where all we had was Elf. I watched it EVERY DAY. I think Ben wanted to kill me!
Jen
Want. To. Win.
My holiday confession: I love buying for people, and watching my kids open presents on Christmas morning. But, man. I LOVE going to my parents house and opening gifts. (They’re REALLY good gift givers.) It’s very selfish, but it’s true.
Ioana
cool stuff!
confession: don.t really like the holidays. i know, i know, what a horrible person i must be. i do like though the time off and chillin’ with my family, and just staying inside! also, i don.t like decorating the tree, although i like to have a christmas tree. i just leave the decorating to my mom and sister. it.s like i.m Grinch 2. But to redeem myself, i.ll say that i like tradition we have at my church: every year the youth group goes christmas caroling to the hospitals in my city. love it!
Melissa
This is an awesome giveaway!
My holiday confession: I love Christmas music, but only the week before Christmas. It’s too much otherwise. But I’m listening to Christmas music at work all week this week!
Kara
Awesome giveaway! You’re too kind for words!
My holiday confession: I love buying little presents to put in my husband’s stocking more than buying his actual presents! Stockings are my FAVOURITE!
Nora
AH! Holiday week! Would you believe I wanted to do holiday week again but apparently I lack the coordination to do this? That’s rather sad. Maybe I’ll do the rest of the week holiday-post style =) Anyway. This giveaway? Totally awesome. You had me at scarf (and then again at chocolate, socks, journal).
My holiday confession? I don’t wrap any Christmas presents until Christmas Eve which means I’m running around like a crazy (and ok, maybe stressed out) person for a few hours to get it done. I try each year to do it in advance of Christmas Eve but that never happens!
Kathleen
What a great giveaway, thank you Stephany! My holiday confession(s): I am a total last-minute gift buyer, and I eat waaaay too many holiday treats. 🙂
Melissa
Excellent giveaway! I wanna winnnnnnn 😀
Holiday confession, let’s see…. As much as I love my job and I love Christmas, I do not like them together. It’s very strange, really! But I’m fairly certain I’d love my job 100x more if it didn’t include a month of insanity (oh, retail), and I’d love the holidays more if I could just take the month off work. Le sigh!
Serena
Great giveaway! My holiday confession…I know what Im getting for Christmas!
Karen
I LOVE hallmark and lifetime Christmas movies. My DVR is fulllll of them! Ha. #Shameless
Susan
My holiday confession: I am sad that my brothers now have their own families and can’t be at every family event this Christmas.
This is an amazing giveaway and whoever wins it will be lucky!
StephTheBookworm
Oooh, fantastic giveaway. Thanks for offering it.
My confession: the only things that are really on my wishlist for Christmas this year are books but no one will get me them because I have too many! 🙁 Lol
Katie
Wonderful giveaway!
My Christmas confession: I cannot get enough of the Hallmark and Lifetime Christmas movies! Also – when I find a great gift for someone and I love it for myself, I may be guilty of purchasing 2;)

Yay, what a great giveaway! My Christmas confession is that I tend to judge the decorations/lights on peoples’ houses VERY harshly. It has to be a perfect combination of moderation, placement, and color scheme in order for me to give it a thumbs up. (That being said, our house would get a big thumbs down from me because we only have lights on the bushes out front and two lit-up decorations in the window. Womp womp, haha.)

My confession — one of my favorite things to do as a kid was drive around and look at Christmas lights, and sometimes I wish I still did that.
Amber @ A Little Pink in the Cornfields
What a thoughtful and genuine giveaway!
My holiday confession which I really discovered tonight… I actually would RATHER shop the week before Christmas because I think I get the best deals! Years where I was done early, I tended to spend more money! So, as long as I’m not on the mall on those crazy busy Saturdays and rather there on a weeknight at 9pm, I’m happy shopping the week leading up to the big day 😉
April
My holiday confession: my tree goes up before Thanksgiving. I would put it up even earlier but I think my family would retaliate. Also, I’m particular about the decorations so I usually do the decorating myself. I *had* to let the boys help this year and it was very hard for me. I still moved the ornaments around after they were asleep.

Ohhh, I want to win!
My holiday confession: Ever since I had my first experience with Trader Joe’s gingerbread coffee two years ago, the holidays don’t feel like the holidays without it. So good.
Cynthia
Holiday Confession:
This is my probably my deepest Christmas confession-As a child, I loved Christmas, but then as an adult (in a very bad marriage) I grew to dislike Christmas, immensely. Now, that I am happily remarried and have three beautiful children-twins and a singleton-I am finding my way back into the joy of Christmas. There it is, in writing, my deep, dark Christmas secret.

Ooh, such a fun little prize package! Here’s my holiday confession: While I’m kinda jealous of all the people that get “white” Christmases, I actually love being home in the desert where it rarely gets below 60 this time of year. (And bonus confession: One of my favorite holiday memories is from an unseasonably warm Christmas morning when my brother and I rode our new bikes to our school in tees and shorts under a bright, hot sun!)
MB
My confession: the holidays stress me out a little. Not because I work in retail (I don’t) or because I can’t find the perfect gift for someone (not usually an issue either), but because I have to fly to see my family and I’m always worried the winter weather will mess up my plans (plus it’s expensive). It usually takes me a few days to really relax once I’m back on the east coast.
This giveaway is an amazing set of stuff…you rock!
Molly
How fun!!!! I love all of this so stinking much! And I’ve been lusting after that necklace for some time now. I have the earrings to match!
My confession: I buy my own gifts and have them sent to John to wrap. Then I act surprised when I open them. On the years he buys me
Something I don’t know about, it’s fun to be surprised! But it’s also risky that I will hate it. 🙂
Linda
Love the little penguin guy. My holiday confession is I have never sent out Christmas cards. Have done it for Thanksgiving and Valentine’s Day but I rarely feel festive or cheery because of Christmas. Am working on it!
King Harris
I love Macaroni and Cheese! Its my obsession! every year my aunt comes buy and makes her famous Mac & Cheese, and i get stuffed before I can eat anything else! Shhh keep that between you and me! 😉
Allison
My holiday confession… I really don’t like Christmas music! I love everything about Christmas but Christmas music is just too schmaltzy for me. I might listen to it on Christmas Eve. I think that’s why I like Transsiberian Orchestra so much. Their music just doesn’t sound like Christmas music!
Kristen
Awesome giveaway!
My holiday confession: I get really bossy on Christmas with the order of opening presents, especially with gifts I am giving. I like there to be this buildup, especially since I often give gifts that are related to each other, so I want things to be opened in a certain way. My parents and brother tease me about me it every year and I try to be relaxed, but my desire for maximum excitement while present excitement takes over!
Heather
Such a great giveaway!!
My holiday confession: I just really want to stay home on Christmas day. I hate having to go so many places and feel obligated to stay. I just want to be home, in my warm bed, with my fiance and my dog.
Brittany
What a beautful giveaway!!!
Hope you and your loved ones have a wonderful holiday and happy new year!!
Brittany
Whoops! Forgot my confession: I ADORE Hallmark/Lifetime holiday movies. Like, more than the average bear. 😉
Kaci Johanna
What a great giveaway! Thank you so much for hosting.
A holiday confession? I have no holiday spirit this year. No Christmas tree, no decorations, nothing. I’m even dreading sending out Christmas cards, and I usually love sending them out because my son makes for adorable cards. But this year? I’m all BAH HUMBUG about the holidays.
Anna
Lovely giveaway! Love the wish cake necklace (her blog is a favorite of mine).
Confession: I hate Christmas ornaments. When people come over and see my naked tree (there are twinkle lights at least), I always make up some excuse as to why I haven’t gotten around to putting ornaments on yet…but the truth is that I have no intention of ever putting them on and for some reason feel guilty about that! 🙂
Micaela
Confession: I live in Canada and I still haven’t put on my snow tires! Luckily all we’ve had so far is rain. I know it’s going to come back to bite me though. Don’t worry, I’ll be very careful.
Jessie
Confession: I hate wrapping presents. I have the wrapping skills of a toddler. I wish I could just give presents without wrapping them!
Megan
I love this! My holiday confession: I’ve been known to leave my tree up until sometime in February. I just love the glow of Christmas lights!
Heather R
We didn’t get our ornaments up until 2 days before Christmas this year
